The L2Career™ program combines cognitive skills assessment and development, job skills assessment, job requirement analysis and matching into an integrated turnkey program. Validation studies complete the program. L2Career™ is a web based solution and can be used either as standalone installation at corporate servers running on local intranet or directly through the internet on the Learn To Learn database. Each employee is provided with a tailored set of development exercises (L2LearningExercises™) that targets those learning skills identified to be improved. Applied periodically it will show significant and lasting improvement of the targeted cognitive skills.

L2Career™ Job Analysis Center™ provides companies with the necessary tools to easily identify and adopt the required cognitive skills for all their jobs to the dynamics of constant and rapid change.
Step 4: Job Matching
Like TOMI™ for generic cognitive skills L2CareerPath™ identifies underdeveloped skills necessary for new requirements of a changed job profile and provides the employee with a tailored set of L2LearningExercises™ that targets exact those job related cognitive skills to be improved. Or it finds the ideal person with the needed cognitive skill set right in place.
